The price is not bad at all for such a huge bottle of 90. This is such an easier way of getting the fiber you need. It is great for keto diets. They smell good and are easy to chew up. Mine arrived in great shape, not melted or stuck together like sometimes gummies do. I can't speak to the concrete health benefits as a non doctor just trying to balance out a repetitive diet, but I have definitely had concrete benefits from vitafusion fiber gummies so I trust this brand more than some of the weird stuff you can find online.
